Oil, Coolant, new water pump, timing belt, oil pump, and a valve cover gasket set and new spark plugs.
You should be good to go with that
CRXDX, I'm using my stock clutch cable with my swap... worked fine for 3 years so far.

You've got it all, man, besides some bandaids, a floorjack, and a little luck and sweat.
Calm down. It's not that hard.
Just make sure someone's around to drive you to autozone when you accidentally put a hole in a hose or cut a vacuum line too short

hehe SIR KID is right calm down. i know your nervous. the first time i did a swap it took me 3 days and lots of trip to autozone. I would also get a new thermistat. Just make sure you have all the tools youll need. ( thats why i made so many runs to autozone ). heres a list if you need it
10 12 14 17 19 32 for the axels 10mm 12 piont if your replacing the clutch. cutters 2 ft of vacume lines, 4 ft of 4 different color wires a sodering gun heat shrink. lots of electrical tape and the haynes manual for your car and the purple one for 99 civic SI and GSR for the engine stuff. also you may need to pull out the dust cover thingys out of the spindle hubs.
just remember to take your time and the hardest part is getting that damn thing in there. when you put the engine in bolt the driver side mount on first and then drop the passanger side down as low as you can, put the pass mount on at this point rise the engine and then line it up with the rear mount and pass mount your goina want to get a pry bar to help.
drop me a line once you get started and i'll help you out jdmgeek@AIM.com
good luck
