Default my car won't start...PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!!!

ok, so today i am driving all around town and my car starts to idle weird at stop lights and turns off occasionally... not too sure what the problem is, so i keep on going.

i get back to my house and let the car sit for about an hour. then i go to start and all i hear is a clicking sound.

check all the wiring to the starter and to the battery and everything looks ok so i don't know what to do. i call some friends, and they're not sure either. so i'm on a hill infront of my house and i push start it kinda. i drive to my friends work and as soon as i get there, it turns off for no reason.

we take a look at it some more. try to start it and it don't work. this time, it won't even click. i go to the dave matthews concert (which was amazing by the way) after my "girlfriend" picks me up.

after the concert, my friend tells me its a bad connection from the battery (ground connection). so he fixes it. then we can't start it again for some reason and this time, when i turn the key to acc (all the way) i have no juice from the battery and no clicking.

my friend says it could be from the heat, i'm not sure wtf it is. can someone tell me what to check because i've done everything i know how to do, and i didn't do anything to get it running.

thanks

did your battery light turn on, maybe the batter is dead because possibly the alternater is bad.

when i turn the key to acc (all the way) i get no juice. but when i turn it to where i get the radio, ac, and sunroof can open/close i get juice.

battery is not dead. we tried to jump it and i connected the cables to my battery and took the other ones and got some spark, so the battery is good.

if the alternator is bad, the jump should've gotten it going.

i'm not sure wtf the problem is.

Make sure all your grounds are tight (starter & battery come to mind). Will the fuel pump prime with the key "on"? So when you try to crank the car it only clicks? Clicks once or repeatedly? Or does absolutely nothing happen?

Earlier when the car was running but died at lights.....exactly what would happen? Was the tachometer jumping around out of sequence with the engine as well?

*deep breath* sorry for the 20 questions but there are a few things that it could be

yeah, i'm looking at all the grounds. when i started working on it somemore, i got the car to atleast click when i tried to start it (clicks repeatedly).
when the car would stall it would go from 1 to 3 to 7 to 2 to ? then stall...just randomly stall.

main relay cutting out? I had that problem on my crx car would be running fine then stall out and a/f would just go lean as ****. I put a new relay on and my car starts every time....is your fuel pump priming? This happens alot in the heat i think. Both my crx had main relays go out in a week of each other.

Doesn't make sense that the starter and ignition would go out at the same time.

Does the pump kick on? It'd be nice to eliminate that possibility.
I still feel like it's ground related.....

Tighten all your grounds, check the main relay, and get that battery checked.
