Default Crank and bearings

I posted something on here about a month ago saying that i appearently had a loose rod in my engine. Well i guess you people said that its my bearings and my crank may have scoring. What does that mean, how do i replace them, is there a cheaper crank than 750, and do i even have to replace the crank if there is scoring? Thanks and please help me.

ok i assume you had a loose rod or a spun rod bearing. usual symptom would be a fairly loud knocking noise from the lower half of the motor. depending on the severity of the case you either need a new motor or a rebuild

if you insist on trying to do this the cheapest way possible grinding the crank and polishing it along with new bearings may PATCH the problem
