Default Building my LSVTEC, Bored or Honed?

I was looking for inputs and opinions on my LSVTEC build. I already have my LSVTEC running buts its stock bottom and top so I just bought another LS block and I'm gonna do Pistons, Rods and Maybe Bored to 2.0L, thats my question.

Should I just get the cylinders honed or have them bored out, I want lots of torque and high revs too. I also want to keep it under budget if you know what I mean.

If I get it bored do I have to sleeve it to? Also what do I have to get it bored to?

It would be great if you guys can give me as much info on boring (i.e. which pistons/rods along w/ boring) as you can. This "deep end" of building im not to familiar with.

Thanks in advance...

you question(s) are so broad and vague that to answer all of them would take quite some time.

get a honda builders hand book and do lots of research on here. all of this has been covered numerous times.

some quick answer:

-building ANY motor is not cheap.

-an lsvtec wont give you lots of torque and high revs, it will give you some decent torque and an rmp range between 7-9k(9k being a little high IMO but several seem to say they do it)
