Default Bored .020 D16 stock block? How much it cost in machine shop?

Anyone know approximately how much it cost to bore a block from your local machine shop?

Also, heard different things about camshafts, I was told that stock cams are the best to use with boost. Planning to get Crower turbo cams. It's on sale from Crower, normal price is $337. Selling for $249. I was told that it is harder to tune if you have aftermarket cams. TRUE or FALSE? Anyone have a turbo car with aftermarket cams and Hondata?
