Default Car hesitates

My car (CR-X si w/ SOHC ZC) is hesitating in the low rpm range (about 1500-2700). It's sputters and struggles to accelerate, then it's fine at around 3000. It doesn't do this all the time either. I just installed my DCS header, checked all the bolts and stuff, no leaks. Before putting on the header it hesitated occasionally, but now it's much more often. I was thinking of running some Sea Foam through the system and seeing if that helps. Anyone have any other ideas?

I'll check for codes later. If it is the o2, how could I fix it?

Replace the O2 if that is the problem
Check spark plugs, spark plug wires
If there is oil on the plugs you may need new spark plug seals or even valve stem seals. Since you have a ZC it sat for a while and the seals tend to dry up. I need new valve stem seals on mine. Do you smell oil burning when you get on it? If your motor is good could just be the seals.

Replace your cap and rotor, thats the problem 50% of the time for hesitation. My car does the same thing, and I cleaned the coil contact spot and mine didnt hesitate as bad but I could tell the cap had seen beter days as well as the rotor. Autozone replacement parts suck.

Cool I'll do that. I'm swapping on a Y8 head soon, maybe I'll hold out until then.
