phantom tach doesn't light up?

i have a autometer phantom tach on my car now. it works and reads rpms fine but it doesn't light up(the face part)? is it wired up wrong but still work?

i even tried the parking light wire in the blue plug thing above the incar fuse box. could it just be a dull?

Ground wire.

get a test light and see if you have 12v going threw the wire and check the ground, if both are good check the bulb
