Default Moving in two weeks, time to step up swap

Well I have a 91 Civic Si that the motor crapped out in. So I was building a Y8 on the side to swap in (The Y8 head is already on my my A6 bottom). Anyways, found out that we are moving a lot sooner than I thought. We are moving about 2 and 1/2 hours away and I am not paying that tow bill. The cheapest place I have found to do it is about $600, so thats out too.

Ok so here is where the fun begins.
*I have most of the wiring harness disconnected (minus the oil sensor that goes in above the oil filter and the O2 sensor)
*I also have the exhaust system un bolted except the A pipe bolts. (they are freaking stuck on)
*The tranny drain plug is also stuck.
* Still have to remove the axles and shift linkage also

My questions are:
1) How can I get the A pipe bolts undone. They are stuck so tight air tools won't bust them loose. And I don't have access to a cutting tourch.
2) Should I reuse the pin that holds the shift linkage togehter or replace it?
3) How can I get the tranny plug loose without damaging the tranny, again air tools won't budge it.

on the bolts get wd-40 or jb-80 and soak um. Then get like a butane torch and heat um up for a bit and then use the air tools. Usally works for me. That should work for both of them but letting them soak for like 30min is a must loosens the rust. On the shift pin what one are you talking about the one on the tranny or the one on the shifter. Mainly if it shows alot of wear then yes replace it if it is in good shape just reuse it.

Hope this helps

Ben

Yeah just got some WD-40 time to hose em down. I thought there was only one pin?

Well I went ahead and pulled the radiator and fans to give me a little more play room. As I was removing the rad. I heard a hissing noise. I was like WTF? So I continue removing the radiator. As I get it out I then see a whitish gas spraying out of the AC cooler (which I assume is R13 coolant). Well then it started really coming out and bubbling. It is where the metal hose connects into the cooler.

Guess the Civic will be going without AC now. If I remove the AC cooler it shouldn't effect anything should it? Also do I have to drain the tranny fluid? That plug is stripped of something.
