Default No start car

I was driving down the road and all the sudden my car dies and i coast to a stop. I tried starting it and it wouldn't start, i couldn't hear the fuel pump come, so i thought it was the main relay. pulled the main relay and tested it and it worked fine. We sprayed starter fluid in it and it tryed to but i'm pretty sure its the fuel pump, but the ecu wasn't blinking the first blink when you turn the key on. . Don't want to have to put a fuel pump in when i doesn't need it

Help

Check your timing belt. I had the same thing happen to me and my timing belt snapped.

Does the "check engine" light stay on when trying to start?
If so check this fuse:

No power to the ECU? Start at the fuse box under the hood and go from there.

I'll try that but why would a burnt coil stop the fuel pump from kicking on

If your getting spark at your spark plugs then it is not your coil. It's most likley an electrical problem, so check all your fuses. And if you still havent gotten anywhere, come ask us.

Is the alternator solenoid vavle the same thing or 2 different thing, because i was looking at the fuses and who ever had it before me had a 15amp fuse instead of a 10 could that have fried the alternator and not let the ecu and fuel pump get power

Possible, but WHAT caused it to blow that fuse, or suposed to blow a 10amp. They just dont go for no reason, but Replace that fuse with the right amprage, ASAP.

there is a starter relay...its located under the dash i believe there is a red/black wire and a blue/black wire and 2 black ones maybe its just a little box over on the far driver side pretty close to the door...that might have gone out
