I went through 10 pages on search and came across nothing useful. I would really like to come across some good ino on head build-up.

I have a b18c and have all my parts from valves and cams to the seals and gaskets. But I do not know how to replace any of my valvetrain, such as adjusting valves to proper specs and how to put the springs in. Basically I'm lost.

Can anyone direct me towards some good write-ups, or leave info of your own? As much as I hate to, right now I am almost to the point of taking off the head and bringing to my local performance shop and paying them the 250 to do this for me, which is the last thing I want to do. I want to learn.
