Mini me swap to replace my d16y5 for a d16y8
I have a 1998 honda civic hx (d16y5) and ive heard a lot about the mini me swap and am definitely wanting to do this to my car. Ive heard of people doing this with my engine but i was wondering if anyone had a write-up on it? I was also wondering what parts I would need? Obviously the d16y8 head but would i need a new trans? ecu? intake manifold? I already have a dc sports header so i wouldnt think it would be necessary to change the exhaust manifold because it is made for the d16y8 model? Please leave me some replies with any advice thanks
