Default Anyone using iPod and iTrip in their 7thgen?

I just got an ipod and the itrip function for it so that i play use my ipod in my car, but i am having some troubles. I have it all programmed to work, but it comes up kinds staticy and such. I tried tapping the antenna wire and moving it closer to the ipod so that it gets better reception, btu that didnt help at all. has anyone had success with the itrip in their 7thgen and if so, what did you do?

Are you saying all you get is static?

If not, then change ur frequency, the itrip is no where near perfect.

It's like that in all the cars... the only way to really get rid of the static is place the ipod closer to the antenna other than that gotta live with it

my friend has an itrip, he gets static normally when the frequency he chose is near a big radio station, try and find a nice frequency away from big radio stations and you should be fine

i might get an itrip, are they worth it?
