Shift boot install....
Someone posted some quick 8-10 step instructions a few months back about tearing apart the Integra console for the JDM shift boot install. Sometimes, the search feature is worthless here. Any tips before I start breaking interior parts? Thanks.
Sorry about the non-ITR owner intrusion. Most GS-R guys haven't installed one. Thanks again.

Two screws on each side of the armrest portion of the console, then two more screws under the black cap/cover under the ebrake handle. Lift the ebrake handle and lift/pull back on the armrest portion of the console. Then remove the ashtray. In the back of it your will see two screws going through black plastic, remove these. Leave the screw in the middle that goes through the metal brace/whatever. Remove the ashtray/lighter assembly (unplug the harness behind it
) Now remove the two screws from the side (one on each side) of the front part of the console, then remove the two screws that were hidden by the ashtray assembly. Screw the shift **** off, lift console.
Off the top of my head anyways, that's all the screws you have to remove.

It's cake,
just use a screw driver to get at the 4 screws I think that hold the console into the car. They are on the side one is behind the seats (move them forward) the other's are towards the front. Oh yeah, there's a little piece of plastic to pop up under the e-brake handle I believe with 2 larget screws.
Then take the console out. Then unscrew the know and take out two more screws that are kind of right by the radio, on the sides of the dash.
Pop that part of the console off and your set. Just two screws I think that hold the boot on. It's super easy, there are no snap clips, so if it feels like its not coming off, you probably missed a screw. Just be careful, you won't brake anything.

And those are the correct instructions...
-Tommy who has taken every plastic panel off of his ITR except for the dash.
