2000 civic si with a 18c1 motor
Like i said if EVERYTHING is done correctly, includeing the Charcole canister then i dnt see why not. May i ask what happenend to your b16?
I don't see why not if all the emissions stuff is done right and the engine is a usdm one........
And yeah, why do you want a b18 if you already have a b16? Doesn't make sense to me..........

Yes. But in order for it to pass a normal smog test, you must first get it BAR'd. But if everything is hooked up, then it will pass BAR easily. Getting your swap barred will get you the sticker that will allow you to pass the visual part of the smog test.
YOU WILL NOT PASS SMOG without gettin it BAR'd first. just wanted to clear that up first.
