Default C's Shifter and Mugen bushings

I'm going to be installing the C's shifter and my Mugen bushings this weekend. One question about the Mugen bushings. I recognize two of them as bushings but one of them looks like a dust cover. Where does that go? It makes is more difficult to install since I can't read the instructions.
TIA

I just got my Mugen bushings and I'm waiting for my C's shifter so I did not install the bushings yet but from the service manual, the softer "bushing" looks very much like the dust seal that goes between the "shift lever ball seat" and the "shift lever ball holder" (these are the names given in the manual). The "shift lever ball holder" is the plate with a bolt hole at each end that you will have to remove to slide the shifter out from under the car, the dust seal is right after that plate.

i have concerns regarding synchro longevity with this combo... one or the other, but not both... i think drealgsr who is occasionally on this board has a similar setup and he just lunched his synchros...

How much are Spoon/Mugen Bushings compared to Energy Suspension?
Are they stiffer/firmer than ES bushings, or just a better feel?

I am stupid sometimes.

Got it installed and LOVE it. If your RPMs drop any when you're quick shifting, you don't know how to quick shift. Could hurt in the 1/4 mile when you quick shift into 2nd and 3rd when your tires flat out spin. just what I was looking for. Great engineering. No extra effort needed to shift. Stock feel.

Ben,

I have the same thing (except with Spoon bushings) and my synchros are fine

Rutt just likes to thrash his GSR any chance he gets

PS - Rob, we are referring to the standard C's (Short Stroke Shift).

1.Stock shift **** can be retained with the C's shifter?

2. Any modifications to the exhaust hangers necessary?

3. Is the feel of the shifter comparable to that of the Stock S2K?

Thanks.

1. Yes the stock shifter can be kept. I kept mine.
2. No modification necessary. Complete bolt on.
3. It is S2000ish. Not as silky as the S2000's feel but very comparable.
