Are cable and hydro CLUTCHES the same?(b16)
Is what your really asking is can you use a clutch kit from a Cable tranny on a hydro tranny.
If thats the question i dont know the exact answer. I believe the lever is the same as the hydro but i could be wrong. I would rather get a clutch for the right year.

Well what Im really asking I guess is I have crx with an S1 trans. The clutch may not be
be fried, it may only need a pressure plate or bearing. I guess while Im down there I shoudl just do the whole clutch. There was no usdm crx with a bseries so I dont know what clutch kit to buy, or if i decide to just fix whatevers wrong Im not sure where to get the parts from.

If you have the cable tranny with no LSD use a clutch for a 90-93 Integra, B series with cable tranny. Some of the 91 JDM cable trannies with LSD will work with a Hydro clutch but you need the trow out bearing from a 90-93 teg. I am using a ACT flywheel for a 90-93 teg and a Exedy clutch for a hydro b series tranny, just had to change the bearing. My suggestion is dont buy and Exeddy clutch.
The clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel are the same...the ont differant thing is the throw-out bearing.....My friend used a clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel off a cable trans on his hydro trans...
