best way to tune toda b cams

yo i got a fully built ctr lsvtec motor its running hard but i got some toda spec b's and i was wondering what would be the best way of tuning it

Yeah no real way to tune them unless you get on the dyno. So you can see when and where your making power and ajust the cams to your needs
