d15b vtec problems!!

Default d15b vtec problems!!

I have no idea how to do this my self all im asking is what to but and then im gonna have a shop do the install! i have a 95 eg cx with a d15b jspec sohc vtec motor. problem is its hooked up to the stoc cx ecu! ive been told i need to buy a p28 ecu but im not sure also i dont know what wiring to but for the vtec! ive seen the vtec harnesses on ebay but they are all for a 1.6l ex or si will that work? so i need to know what ecu and vtec harness to buy! any help would be appreciated

no need to buy a harness...just get the p28 and run a couple wires for the v-tec..and then your set

Vtec is wires in your firewall to the solinoid thats all i believe....

P28 ECU will work and a P03 i think? It should plug right in...

I am doing this exact swap also and i hear its cake as long as you get the vtec plug and wires hooked up out of the firewall...

p03 is the jdm ECU...just try not to pass smog with it cause you wont...just get the p28 usdm ecu and run the wire for the v-tec...good luck with it...i have same swap but its just sitting here...lol

Will the p03 ECU pass emissions in PA? Im on the east coast and we dont have smog here....so i think the ECU may pass? Let me know before i spend 100 bucks on the p03 when i really need a p28 thanks!
