Here are three different type of H3 for your fog light need. They will be compare using lamin-x yellow film.

Stock H3 bulb that come with OEM fog light kit.

SilverStar H3.

Piaa crystal Ion yellow H3.

The temputare with not effect the lamin-x at all. Drove 1hr 30min night time with fog light on, still good and new.

He did a DIY Yellow fog with lamin-x film. Basically in simple terms, he had clear fogs, turned them yellow, and testing different bulbs (temp wise) to see if they will hard his yellow film. thats what i understood it as.
