this might be a dumb question but i'm young, i want to get wheel adapters so i could get some itr wheels(can't aford 5-lug), but i hear they will stick out to much, so wat if i cut down the original lugs, so when the wheel adapters go on they won't stick out to much. will it work?

 

not really, they will still stick out. get the imitation 4lug type R wheels or something.

 

Cutting the studs wont effect how far the wheel adapter is going to make the wheel stick out. All that would accomplish is less stud for your lugnut to hold onto. You may want to just save up and get the 5 lug conversion or get some imatation wheels like stated above.
