I’m going to use this thread as a project log for my 91 HB. I haven’t worked on in it in a few years.

Here is my e-bay intercooler. It’s very JRC style.

It will look better next week when I make a bumper support form a piece of aluminum angle iron. (Any one have an 88 rebar for sale?)

Bumber suppoortas help No more zip ties. But a new intercooler and bumper will go on next week!

ok it isn't teal it is tehitian green i have the same color but mine is a dx well was a dx the only thing it dosent have is a sun roof but everything else is Si

I need to align the filler piece and there is no bumper support yet.

Progress should be fast from here.

Next week: Finish the engine bay wire-tuck.
