Default which cams

i am doing a ls/vtec with a 96 ls block and a 92 b16a (jdm) head i have two sets of cams which set shoud i use
1st set is the stock b16a cams
2nd set is a set of 92-93 gsr b17a
which set should i use and why????

are you illiterate?a little research will reveal that this has been covered numerous times.
the second link i posted is to a page that has EVERY cam spec for every B16 and the B17.
not to mention that a search for "cam specs" will give you the specs on every Honda cam known to man.
