JDM H22 in 93 Accord Clutch change out ????

Default JDM H22 in 93 Accord Clutch change out ????

Ok me and my friend are doing a clutch on my car. we have everything un bolted.
ok nothing is connecting the tranny to the motor. the only thing holding it is the pilot shaft if i am correct. now heres the problem we cant get the tranny to separate and come out and down. it is like stuck on. any ideas or help out there it is very needed.

Use a flathead screwdriver and slight taps with a hammer, There are studs from the tranny that go into the block that only separate if the tranny comes out evenly. Once you clear those, you have to get past the pilot shaft and bring it down.

did you get the bolt on the back that is on teh same level as the oil filter? its very easy to miss and forget hta tone.

well we have the tranny about an inch away from the block but it wont come off.
do we need to release some mounts or anything.
we have been stuck on this for 2 days and this is getting very frustrating.
also i was told it needs to be in reverse and if so how would you put it in reverse with the linkage not hooked up.
need help bad

check all ur bolts again, and get a prybar and start prying, sometimes the dowel pins get stuck, it just needs a little convincing
