Default Shorted car out?

I believe I did something stupid just now. I was splicing a constant 12 volt wire with a wire stripper and it sparked after I stripped it. I dumbly forgot to disconnect the battery. I lost power on everything I have tried except the lights. The battery is still good. Did i short the ECU out?

Need more information. I've done the same thing and it blew the radio fuse, etc. Where were you stripping the wire at? Console? Dash? What is it doing? Won't start?

Check your fuses under the dash in the fuse box. Also, Check the alarm. Mine has several fuses, inline with the wires.

Then start looking at other fuses...

Worst case scenario: You have to buy a new car.
