Default Dunlop sp Sport 9000?

I don't know a ton about tires, I figured you guys would know a ton more! How are the Dunlop sp Sport 9000's? Im selling my 17's and getting 16's so Im looking for a new/better tire. Im not going to make the mistake of buing Toyo's again.

What ever I get will be in either 205/45/16 or 215/40/16, think the Dunlops would do me good?

SP8000s stick better, as do Bridgestone Potenza S-02s and S-03s. You could always run R compound tires on the street too

However the SP9000 were the offical rain tire that Dulop provided drivers at this year Rolex 24hr race not the SP8000s. Food for thought Eh.

The sp9000 will be a better rain tire. I vote move down to 15" and get falkens or AVSi's.

The only AVSi I can find online are 18s, that is a long since discontinuted tire from Yokohama. But Yeah the Azenis kick major asses!!

The 8000's will stick better than the 9000's in the dry... but overall the 9000 is a damn good tire
