jun 3 settings

Default jun 3 settings

what cam gear / fuel pressure settings do you guys recommend for these? i have

12.2:1 compresion
jdm itr header
skunk2 intake manifold
stock fuel system

Same answer as usual, go on a dyno to find out yourself the best setting!!

for now leave the gears at 0,0 and pressure should be 40-42psiwith the vacumm line coneected. But since your running higher compression your really need to get to a dyno for the correct settings. Also do u have a vafc or chipped computer witha higher vtec crossover. If not your gonna have a nasty breakup when u hit vtec. Vtec has to be 5500 rpm or higher.

do not advance or retard more than 2 degrees. I hope you checked that you adequate clearance -piston to valves. or have deep enough valve reliefts.

i have a program from jocash. vtec is at 5500. i put my fpr at 55... seems good there. I KNOW I NEED TO GO TO A DYNO....

anyone with actual experience with these wanna tell me their settings?

Anyone with experience will know that you could set 2 cars up pretty much the same and end up with slightly different optimum settings. Hate to sound obtuse (even though I'm really good at it) but set 'em at a baseline (0,0 on the gears) and set them up on a dyno as soon as you get a chance. Someone elses settings will just make you think your car might be set up right when actually you might be waaaaay off... Might be bad for the car.
