92 Prelude SI parts swap into 93 base Del Sol
Ok, I searched through the FAQ's, but still didn't seem to find a clear answer.
Can the Del Sol be made a 4x114.3 bolt pattern, using parts from the 92 Prelude SI?
Also, since the poor Prelude is a donor car now (because it was wrapped around a tree), does anyone have specific links on swapping the H23A1 into the Del Sol.
A little backround on the cars.
. 93 Del Sol. Base model, automatic.
.. 92 Prelude. Si model, manual.
Guidance would be appreciated.

I would sagest Im Luserkid on here or Aim along with RiceyMcRicerton, there both pretty good with swap knowledge. Luserkid does them a lot for people and just did a H22 for someone I belive.
as far as the swap, the h23 will be almost just like the h22 swap. Read the FAQ on it. IMO, the hardest part will be the auto to manual conversion. For the spindles, I don't know about using the entire spindle, but you can use the brakes. I found the exact info on how in the H-T archives a while back. You will need new steering knuckles (94+ teg i think), you'll have to take the rotors to a machine shop and have them redrilled for the 4x100 bolt pattern, and you'll have to search for the modification for mounting the caliper, but it can and has been done. If you do this, I would recommend getting a larger brake booster and master cylinder too.
