Which ones would you choose and why?

Are both of these gonna get rid of my wheel gap?

 

Neither of them will get rid of your wheel gap. The H&R's will probably lower it more than the Tein's. If you want no wheel gap get either H&R Race or Neuspeed Race springs or better yet, a set of coilovers suchs as Ground Controls.
