Which spring will eliminate a wheel gap on a 99 civic with 17's? I want to have about a 1 finger gap and no more. Please post pics.

Just buy some Skunk2 or Ground Control coilovers sleeves with Tokico struts....that way you can fine tune and get it perfect. With lowering springs you are limited only to that certain height (i.e. 1.5" 2" etc.)It may costs a little more, but in my opinion is more worth it.

That is what i have now, and I want a little smoother ride. I was thinking of H&R or Eibach but I cant decide between the Race or Sport if H&R or the Sportlines

I hate to say this to you but Lowering means stiff ride period, unless you wanna cut your stock springs for the "Soft" ride

wanna ride low and soft? then switch out gc springs for softer rate ones. my friend has a 00 si with the standard springs and it rides soft as hell for a dumped car.
