Q about led lights 7440 and 7443.
I drive a 97 accord ex 4
I just installed the following LED lights, 7440 rear signals and 7443 tail lights.
I have noticed that 2 things have changed.
1. My brake lamp light is on, in my dash, what can I do to fix this, how do I shut that light off, also does the lamp brake light indicate that your rear brake light is broken for regular light bulb?
2. The signal lights in my dash blink fast as well as my rear signals lights. I think the fast blinking signal lights indicate broken regular lights.
How can I make the led signal lights blink at a normal/stock rate?
When I put my hazard lights on the LEDS blink at a normal rate.
Are these symptoms normal when installing led lights in 97 accords?
Thank you for your time.

need to install resistors
Ummmm trying to think of the OHM's needed think its a 680 or a 840 resistor you can get from Radio shack as the LED's pull less then OEM lights. This is why the dash light lights up and the blinkers flash as if you have a light out.

Resistors as mentioned above and you might want to check the polarity of the led's...if you install them one way they will not function properly.
