JDM GSR Throttle Body 60mm From my car just removed

This is the TB I am trying to figure out what it's from, the bolt pattern is the same, but the are extra vacum passeges




Any idea?

 

looks like its some bored out honda TB, maybe from an older civic cuz it has that fast idle valve on the bottom. or maybe an accord or lude. cant tell.

but the extra vac port is for your map sensor as it doesnt have provisions for a map sensor to bolt on.

 

oh it does have a MAP sensor spot, but i took it off to use on e differant TB
