need help i got a fix it ticket modified exhaust
they told me to go to state refferee assign n he pop my hood he saw my b16a n hetold me that he cant check my ciatation unless i put back the real engine of 95 hatch sox need help

the crux of it is that a modified exhaust is acceptable as long as it does not exceed 95db
There is another standard by which it cannot modify ploution control devices such as the cat or placement of the 02 sensor
