Default Walbro Fuel Pump Installation Kit - lacking pump isolator bushing

Does anybody else think that it's retarded that Walbro doesn't include a new fuel pump isolator bushing in their installation kits for the '94-'01 & '92-'95 Civic?

I had no idea that I would have to reuse the one from my original fuel pump. In fact, I was a bit misled into thinking that the installation kits would come with a new fuel pump isolator bushing when I ordered one from Wired Speed Labs (not their fault especially for not detailing it). Guess I shouldn't have sold my old pump so quickly.

It turns out that the isolator bushings are included in only a few select kits (the '94-'01 Integra/'92-'95 Civic install kit not being one of them).

The '90-'93 Integra installation kits probably have the bushing included (not 100% sure), but even if they do, they might not be compatible with the '94-'01 Integra/'92-'95 Civic pump/pump bracket.

are you talking about the bushing that holds the filter to the pump on the bottom?

Yeah.

It's pretty much a fact of life we're all gonna have to accept.

Walbro confirmed it and didn't have any other solution other than to find another Honda pump. So, I ended up, luckily, getting one from a friend from her old Civic fuel pump assy.
