Default b16a coolant lines that run thru TB and intake mani

which of these lines can be safely bypassed? it runs from the thermostat housing, thru the TB to a sensor looking thing on the back of the intake mani, then to the otherside of the head. i bypassed the tb and ran it straight from teh thermo housing to the intake mani. now my car idles funny but i dont think its related. anyone ever bypass all this crap and run basically from the thermohousing to the otherside of the head and cap the TB and intake mani off? if the sensor on the intake mani sends a signal to the ecu to tell it if the coolant is warm is there anyway to trick it into sending a good signal back?

sorry if thats jibber jabber but someone will decipher it...i just know it.
