Default Help on motor build

I'm running a jdm B16 right now with IHE, head has port work, valve job and a wal 255FP. trying to make up my mind on what parts should get or go with to achieve 200 + whp tuned. want to stay around 12.8:1. I have a ls bottom end. I have about 1300 buck to play around with for now hope to have a little more cache in a month or so. like to get started asap on the project. want to run it in about a month in wendover.

Stock GSR block
LS crank
Eagle Rods
SRP pistons (zero deck, .040" cometic gasket, approx. 11.98:1 compression)
Fresh OEM honda bearings, oil pump, water pump
Stock ITR head portmatched to victorX intake, 5 angle valve job, lightly ported exhaust
VictorX intake mani, stock TB opened up a bit
Blox B cams, Crower springs/retainers
Weapon-R Race Header
2.5" catback with ES oval
450CC DSM's, walbro 255, uberdata

The injectors are so big because they're from my turbo car when it wasn't so fast. In a 2200 pound car it'll keep up with a stock LS1 F-body and they trap right around 107, so it's moderately quick. You obviously don't need the pistons or rods, but I got both in a package deal for cheap so I went for it.
