I was driving my EG today and I found that the rear left brakes making noises. It sound like metal hit on metal. Im not sure what it is I got some mechanics came in to have a look at it and all he does was taking out the drum cover and just clean the brake shoes. The noises just dissapeared suddenly. Do I really need to clean my brakes. Is there any chemicals I can use for this. Also if any of you guyz could provide me with some info on disc brake conversion I would appreciate it. Thanks.
