your e brake cable is probably stretched you should be able to adjust to tighten it up my friend does it all the time when he goes drifting

you need to pull drums out and adjust rear brakes, i bet it will take care of the e-brake being loose

Not hard to do just follow h/brake cable, not too sure on accords, should find an a djustment near rear axle. Simply just tighten the nut.

On Mine when I needed to adjust it I went to the bolt under the center console and just tightened the 12mm bolt with both e-brake cables attached to it. That would be the easiest way, just be sure not to over tighten it because your e-brake will be on all the time. Just a few turns should be more than enough

as rice posted the e-brale adjustment is on the back of center console you can access it by removing the little cover when a proper adjusted e0brake shoulh have 5 to 7 clicks but like i stated before if your car has drums the correct way is that you need to adjust regular brkes before that will tighen up the e-brake then if e-brake is still loose tighten cable nut inside car at console

E Brakes dont work as well in reverse, you mentioned sliding out of your drive backwards. Try backing up into your drive and see if it still rolls out frontwards, if not, then you are most likely fine. Dont over tighten your handle/cable, as mentioned there is a correct spot such as 7 clicks up to hold the car properly. In Japan the side brake as it is called has a tension test every two years as part of the safety inspection and everytime as any brake work is done on the rear and of course when the car is built at the factory.
