I really want to keep my OEM head unit as a theft deterrent. I had a kick-*** Alpine 65x4 but someone decided they needed it more than I did. So, I have had the OEM unit ever since. I am not really into subs I just want louder, clearer, cleaner, more full sound than what I am getting with the OEM setup. I was thinking about replacing the speakers all around and doing a 4 channel amp. Any suggestions/help with this will be greatly appreciated! (brands, setups, prices, etc...)

 

The only thing you can do is make it louder, [add a 4ch amp] SQ will not improve, and may in fact get worse, replacing speakers, [if not already done] will also not make much of a diff. as they only reproduce what the HU puts out. 94
