Default jdm eg9 cluster

hey i just installed my eg9 cluster, but when i put the key in the second position the tachometer jumps to 1500 rpm and when i start it it idles at 3000rpm but my vafc only says 850rpm at idle. i need help thanks.

im guessing the needle will need to be taken off and moved to attain the correct idle

i don't think that will fix the problem. there must be some wiring that needs to be changed around. if i reposition the needle it will still be off because the needle jumps up to 1500 rpm when i turn the key and stays there then when i turn the car on it goes to 3k.
