I have basically brand new kyb agx suspension in the lude (5k miles or less) and ive always had some little suspension noise, but after removing my strut bar, and back seats... there is no SOUND barrier at all... and the squeeks are realllly loud now.

Like... They are unbearable.

Over every little bump they SCREEEAM at me, there is not way to avoid it. I lifted the car up in the air ,and u can press up on the wheel. At the top of its stroke (or as hard as i could push without it flipping ) it squeeks.... Ive sprayed tons of WD-40 and white lithium grease, but no luck at solving this..

I also looked into removing the top bolt and grinding down/cleaning up the metal collar that is in there... This stil does not solve this!

Now, the one thing i can think of is the springs are fkd up. THey are older and have some corrosiion/rust and what not....

what else could it be, im tryin to save my eardrums, a couple $$ and as much time as possible

Try using different springs. Are you running polyurethane bushings?

 

i wll, how hard of a job is that... it seems easy becuase when i lift the car up,the springs are basically loose.... and i can just spin them around!


cani just use any llowering springs (i want to go lower in the back anywyas)

.....I dont think ur supposed to be able to spin ur springs around between the purches even when the car is in the air. Try tightening (sp) the spring perches.
