my B18C has been having this problem on/off. I would be in the middle of driving, doesn't matter when or where and it'll just shut off. It'll throw a CEL, revs drop to 0 and after a few seconds the engine just shuts off. Is this a distributor problem or anything electrical?

BTW, I'm using a ODB I chipped ECU...I think so I can't plug in the OBDII reader

you can allways jump it and count the check engine lights

I think he means shorting out the two wire service connector and reading the number of flashes from the CEL to get the code(s).
