IACV question for B16A1
When my b16a1 is warm should there be suction in the IACV hole in the throttle body.
Cause i'm getting surging idle, up and down and when i plug up the IACV hole in the throttle body the surging stops and idles fine.
I cleaned out the FITV so i don't know what it could be.
Any help please
