Default hx rims

hey, i got a set of hx rims for my 94 ex. i tried to put them on the other day but they rub against the caliper. what's the deal? how do i fix this? thought hx rims fit.

you need to shave the caliper where the wheel hits or get a set of small spacers for the fronts

tire width isnt a factor....the wheel spokes are hitting the caliper (happens with ex/si+ size calipers)

With no adjustments mine are not rubbing nor did a friend's spare SI.

Get wheel spacers instead of grinding the caliper. Alot easier and not as ummmmm..... permanent.

oh come on...

just grab your dremel (if you don't have one you really should), and grind a little off that caliper. It won't hurt the caliper and you won't have to worry about running spacers.

i grinded down my gsr calipers to fit my hx wheels...i woulda used spacers if i had the chance at the time

do spacers. i took me a friggin hour to grind down my calipers and they still didn't work. get something like a 5mm and you'll be fine.
