One of the two 12 volt wires "the yellow one" going to the back of my cd player is not getting any power and needs to be replaced. Where does this wire lead and how can I replace it?

 

7.5A fuse under the hood labeled 39 on this pic. The wire is the constant power wire for the radios memory. The fuse is for the ECM, clock, and TCM. Also connected in line with 37,36,18 and 15 fuses, then to the battery.
