I'm looking for a worthless/dented/scratched/broken/ugly ITR JDM header. I'm only interested in a good quality collector.

can dented headers be fixed? My mugen is a little on the flat side...

 

Some secret some not. A stepped 4-1 that should kick on top end and hopefully keep the the JDM ITR mid range. I'll be trying it with a heavily modified ITR JDM collector (if I can find one) and a slip on merge collector. The version after that is the secret one, thanks Ed

 

There's one on ebay right now. I think he wants 220 for it though.

Sounds interesting. What applications would this type of design cater to? I would think that your current design would be difficult to beat, though I'll be anxious to see dyno results and pics. Please keep us posted.

Love the exhaust and can't wait to get in a couple baseline dyno runs using the present configuration.
That way I'll be able to tell how much more actual power you can get on a stock B18C5 @ 5 psi.

Sorry Dave, I should have phrased my question better. What I meant was, what applications would benefit more from this design than from your current 4-2-1's? It doesn't seem that your 4-2-1's have any problems flowing in the upper RPM ranges as it is, and it's already been shown that they can move large volumes of air quite well. Just wondering if you were designing this new header with any specific engine setups in mind.
