if the valves are flat faced, then it depends on the amount that your compression raises. It wont be as proportional as the percentage increase in compression but it will be some. The main factor will be your cam that you are using that requires the better valve train.

If the valves are standard, and you dont have a cam, your motor wont act any differently. The only difference you will notice is that you may have to replace valve seals more often due to the stiffer springs.

KMS sucks, dont waste your money, hes a liar and a THIEF. hes famous for "fully building " local kids motors, and then 1000 miles later when they blow up, the kids tear them down and they are stock engines.

He's also famous for porting a head then sandblasting it, and forgetting to clean it out and putting it back on a customers car.

A guy i know had his motor built by KMS, ls vtec with CTR pistons, blew up in 8000 miles, from a COMMON WELL KNOWN problem. you dont run CTR pistons in a LS/VTEC witha gsr head

Same guy had his motor REBUILT by KMS and he couldnt even tell me specs on his cams, what his compression was. all he knew was that KMS told him its was a "STAGE 3 cams y0!" and a "high Compression motor"

ANd you wont gain any HP from valvetrain. youll beable to rev higher, and run bigger cams. go with proven valvetrain, Rocket Motorsports

I don't have to try.

Regarding KMS though, a couple of people I know have had bad experiences with some of their products. Most notably premature retainer wear.

It is theoretically possible that he posted right as it turned 9:31 AM and that you posted immediately before it turned 9:32 AM giving you ample time to read his post and then type all 4 words of yours. There's always a loophole.

I have used some KMS products and have no complaints. Oh and by the way the spings and retainers are made by supertech not KMS. So I guess you should ask yourself if you want to use supertech or not ?
