1994 Honda Civic EX Coupe Suspension problem...please help!!
OK...I am fairly new to the imports, I have a '94 Civic EX Coupe with the Eibach Prokit Springs (1.5" lower) and KYB AGX 4-way Adjustable shocks all around. The car rides fine and handles great. on level ground, the driver side wheel gap is almost not noticeable in the front and the rear is lowered respectivly and thats how I like it -BUT- here's the problem....the pass side front wheel gap is almost an inch more than the driver side, basically it is noticeable and people have pointed it out to me. I've seen dozens of lowered 92-95 Civics Coups etc and none of them apper to have this issue, I'm very **** with my car and this issue is pissing me off, to me it looks hideous. What could be the problem here? .... anyone and everyone please help! Many thanks in advance to all.
Coil overs will fix that prob.. most/ mopst civics i know will sit lower on the drivers side... just what i have noticed and been told.. its just not as noticibal when its at stock heigth i guess...

That would be like sweeping the dirt under the rug... it would not fix anything. What you should check is for bent suspension components... specifically the spindles on both sides. Another good thing to check would be the control arms. Make sure you check both sides, as the driver's side may indeed be the one with the problem. If you can't see the problem yourself, an alignment shop will tell you exactly what the problem is.

Thanks, I will indeed check all suspention components, I've been told by a few people about the control arms, is that pretty common, a bent control arm. How about a bent sway bar, would that cause this problem too. Also is it possible that it could be a saggy spring from eibach, I've been told that eibach is pretty good at catching this stuff before they get sent out to distributors and customers.
You should also check to make sure the spring is firmly in its perch on the side that is higher. Bend spindles are much more common than bent control arms. I'm not inclined to think it has anything to do with the sway bar itself, however you may want to check the endlinks while you're in there.

I agree, certainly check all the suspension components. However, I have noticed this on my old set of Eibach's before as well. The ones I have on there now don't seem to do it so much, but I've seen it a lot, so it's not really uncommon.
