planning on ls vtec build, which helms manuals do i need?
planning on doing an lsvtec build up, using a b16 head, second gen jdm, and a b18b block. which helms manuals do i need, that way i know all of the proper torquing and specs for things. and where can i get them at?
is yours helms or haynes? i want a helms. haynes manuals are junk.
and does it cover all hondas and acuras from those years, and all the motors and tell you all the torque specs etc...?

Use whatever year of Integra manual that matches the engine and engine wiring harness that you have.
If the motor is going into a Civic or other chasis, it's a good idea to have that service manual as well.
Otherwise, if all you care about is the motor, then the '98 Integra manual is the most comprehensive Integra manual for LSVTEC motors since it includes the B18B1, B18C1, and B18C5 motors.

if you could give me an exact link to the product to purchase that would be awesome, i just went there and every time i tried it said they dont carry anything for that model. i would change the year, and they didnt have it. maybe i'm doing something wrong. i'd appreciate it if you could send me the link to the exact product. thanks
What year and type of chasis, engine harness, engine, and intake manifold are you using?
Give me whatever info you can and I'll try to figure out which one(s) you should get or if you need more than two, I'll try to give you the best compromise.

i have a 93 civic coupe ex. i have a 94 engine block from an integra b18b. and i have a b16 head and intake manifold, it is a jdm second gen b16 head. the wiring harness is from the car that it is from.
Then you'll need a '92-'95 Civic manual and a '94 or '95 Integra manual. As for the vacuum lines on the B16 intake manifold, you can probably just get by just searching on the internet for the vacuum and sensor & actuator diagram.
I might have something with Gen1 B16 info in it that I can upload so you can dig out the little bits of info that you need from there.

1993 Honda Civic service manual (61SR301)

Or.....I know somebody that has the '92 Civic and '94 Integra manuals in .pdf online for public viewing. I'll PM it to you. From a personal standpoint, I hate browsing and reading service manuals on the computer. I like the paper versions.
