New Project
I recently lost my sub and was left with a 4 channel 360 watt alpine amp. so i amped my all of my speakers. Sounds great, speakers don't distort plenty of punch. Doors fall apart before speakers distorts (pioneer 6.5, the yellow ones, and infinity 6x9s). I don't listen to rap.... so i don't need super bass.
Any ways im looking for a way to control my mp3 player from my deck. I've already got it hooked up through a line in, and it sounds sweet. I have the lint ran through the center console, and it gets old opening the center console to change the song (but it looks so clean with not wires showing)
I was thinkin i might be able to use the inline the remote input and the cd changer control and control my mp3 player from my deck. Its an iriver h320 and the deck is a panasonic 8300u head unit
any help would be good

You will have to check at a Panasonic dealer or http://www.panasonic.com to find out if there is an adpt. from Pioneer or anyone else that will allow you to do that, I don't know of one for that Pioneer HU

finally someone made a smart choice and got an iriver like i got. anyway, look in your owners manual, or pull the deck out. I have an older panasonic but not one with an aux input. the input is just an rca to headphone jack converter you can get a circuit city or radio shack. if you push the source button, you should have a cd, fm, maybe sirius, and hopefully an aux. hope that helps
edit: if you dont have an aux input, you have to use the line in from antenna. also post up some pics
