Default B18c1 BC3+ cams pistons?

Hey guys my car has been burning some oil and now I want to get it fixed and get the car smogged.

I currently have BC cam gears, itr valve springs and itr retainers.

I was hoping to use the itr springs and retainers with the BC3+'s. I have looked around and some people recommend portflow inner itr outer springs. Could I just got portflow inner/outer with itr retainers? I don't want to get into TI retainers since some people have posted that they need to be checked/changed annually. I want this motor to just last me as a nice daily driver.

Since cylinder 2 has low compression I was going to get the pistons replaced at first I was thinking either p30(b16?) or jdm itr pistons. The shop I have been talking to recommeneded 12:1 custom CP's or Wiseco's. Would this be a better route to take?

Sorry for the long post and multiple questions but any help would be appreciated. I am tired of adding oil everytime I fill up at the gas station .

Will itr springs/retainers be sufficient?

Depends how high u are planning on revving. Im not sure what the exact itr limit is but it should be fine.Portflow inners are a good choice tho.
